Selection Process of Research Papers

  1. Researchers should strictly follow Guidelines for writing a research paper as per Research Methodology.
  2. The Peer Reviewed Committee, consisting with eminent academicians, research guides, supervisors, professors, associate professors, assistant professors etc, has been formed to monitor quality, integrity and ethics of research papers.
  3. The Peer Reviewed Committee will reject any paper which does not obey norms.
  4. The Peer Reviewed Committee will give suggestion for revision of the paper and the Editor will give sufficient time for such revision.
  5. The time for selected paper publishing will be decided by the Editor.
  6. The Chief Editor’s or Editor-in Chief’s decision will be final in this regard.

Guidelines for submitting Papers:

  1. The Research Paper must contain original Research works of good standard.
  2. All Research Papers should be submitted by E-mail (given below) only as soft copy typed properly and neatly in English or Assamese language.
  3. The soft copy should be in MS word or Page Maker format.
  4. In English all the matters should be typed in Times New Roman Font (Size 12 point) in MS word format. The leading (line space) should be 1.5.
  5. In Assamese all the matters should be typed in Geetanjali Light Font (Size 13 point) of Ramdhenu Software in Page Maker format. The leading (line space) should be auto mode.
  6. Maximum size for the Research papers in English/Assamese should be 8000 words or 10 pages in A4 size (for such excess pages will be discarded.
  7.  All Research Papers must include Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Discussion, Results, Conclusion, Acknowledgement and References/Sources. Heading and sub-headings should be capitalized and bold faced/font.
  8. Abstract: It should not exceed 250/300 words in a single paragraph and does not require sources, sub-headings etc. It should be very brief and should carry out a brief summary of the work, including the objectives of the study, the techniques used and what has been accomplished in the work.taylor swift phone caseruff cut bob hair>
  9. Keywords: It should bear up to 5-12 key terms separated by commas related to the work.
  10.  Introduction: The background significances, the brief survey of the previous works, purposes, scopes and novelty of the research work should be focused in the Introduction. It should not bear any sub-headings.
  11.  Methods: In carrying out the research works the researcher should mention which method/procedure has been followed and sufficient information in details regarding analytical, descriptive, statistical or experimental procedures should be mentioned.
  12.  Discussion: Here the researcher should cover sufficient interpretations, speculations and analysis in support of the topic chosen for Research paper.
  13.  Results: It contains summary of the whole research, i.e. the assessment and prospects of the future Research processes.
  14.  Conclusion: It contains outcome of the research work. It should include important findings and views of the researcher.
  15.  Acknowledgements: It should cover brief information regarding all kinds of support/grant/assistance in any forms and received from individuals/institutions/organizations etc.
  16.  References/Sources: It is the end part of the Research paper. It should include all references/sources and should follow MLA citation style.

Peer Reviewed Procedures & Selection:

  1. After receiving, the Research Papers will be forwarded to the Peer Reviewed Committee (PRC) with a note for reviewing and selection. The papers will not be considered for presentation/publishing without approval of the PRC.
  2. The PRC will fix the categories A/B/C/D (A= Excellent & eligible for presentation/publishing; B= Required minor correction & eligible after reviewing; C= Required major correction & eligible after 2nd reviewing; D= Rejected).
  3. In case of rejected papers the researchers will be communicated for rewritten/corrected manuscript within a given time framed by the Editorial Board of Swarnalipi.
  4. The Paper should be plagiarism free. In case the author/researcher of the paper performs the Plagiarism Check by own, he/she should submit the evidence Plagiarism Report during the submission of the Research Paper.
  5. If the researcher submits the Plagiarism Report by himself/herself it will be verified by the PRC.
  6. If the PRC finds any undesired elements in the Research Papers/Plagiarism Report the decision of selection for presentation/publishing will remain pending and the researcher will be communicated and accordingly given a chance to revise/resubmit/make other decision (provided extra charges for repeating the process where the decision of the Editor will be final).
  7. There will be three Reviewers for scrutinizing each Research Paper. One Internal and two others will be External.
  8. The approval of all three reviewers should be required for a Research Paper.
  9. The process will be repeated until three reviewers are convinced that the manuscripts are eligible for consideration.
  10. Then the Research Paper will be presented to the Editorial Board for fixing time for presentation/publishing.
  11. The Editor/Chief Editor reserves the right to take the final decision at the last moment.

Fulfillment of International Norms:

  1. While submitting a Research Paper the researchers should agree to obey the publication/presentation Guidelines & requirements of the International Academic & Research Consortium.  
  2. The researcher should ascertain that the Research Paper is original and free from plagiarism.
  3. The researcher should ascertain that the same Research Paper has not been sent to other places for same purposes.
  4. The researcher must undertake complete responsibilities for any controversy/norms/ethics/whatever related to his/her research paper.
  5. The researcher must agree to satisfy all other requirements (if any more, which is not mentioned here) specified by Swarnalipi for publication/presentation of his/her research paper.
  6. The researcher should submit the Self Declaration in the format given below.

Format :  

SELF- DECLARATION

That, I/We  Dr./Mr./Mrs…………………………………………………………….. ……………and………………………………………………….…………………….. aged…………years &……….years hereby agree and declare that the Research Paper titled………….………………………………………………..…………….………………… is original and unpublished. I/we confirm that the same Research Paper has not been sent already for publication/presentation/consideration to anywhere else. Further, I/we also agree that the same Paper will not be sent to elsewhere without receiving prior permission/communication from Swarnalipi.

Further, I/we, the undersigned author(s) hereby assign/transfer all copyrights of my/our Research Paper titled as mentioned above to Swarnalipi.

I/we understand that the opinions expressed in the Research Paper are of the author(s) own and the members of the Editorial Board, Editor(s) or Publisher of Swarnalipi are in no way responsible for such opinions/conclusions/results/remarks.
